Started 2.0 yesterday
I'm new to the forums. I started the ultimate diet 2.0 yesterday.
I have a question....
My maintenance calories are 2226. So I ate 1113 calories yesterday. In the book, Lyle says to not go below 1200. Should I raise the calories to 1200 and do some cardio?
