Yesterday and today were pretty damn fine, still walking my daily 7 miles at 10% incline, strength trained today and still maintaining my strength, energy levels are good, having problems raising my calories though, I have no appetite at all. So I've stayed at 800 cals of protein these past 2 days.

While I certainly hope that my appetite is going to go up I don't think that's a problem for now, gotta get my bf% as low as I can before I start lean bulking
