I don't know what happened to yesterday's journal. Any way I weighed 146.2 which is total of 3 pounds loss since Monday(day 1) and only .6 loss from yesterday. My step counts for yesterday was over 26K. I couldn't believe how busy I was.
I am struggling being cold unless I eat some food. I was going to push my 1st meal to until later (after 12P) but so hungry, I ate already 2 meals. I like a big meal in the middle of day rather than small meals thru out the day.
I am feeling better since I got some food in my belly but am very sleepy now. I haven't had a good night sleep since I started this RFL.
Brushed teeth and am ready to go walk to get some step counts.
