This wasn't a question of what's easier or isn't. Many varieties of strong caffeine teas will stimulate you for a workout. It's a fact. Useful for those who like tea but dislike coffee. And don't want to pop pills. Which describes a lot of people. If it's of no use to you, then that's valid to you.
