Cat1 PSMF Question
Monday will be day 12. Question for doing a 2 day re-feed
1.) Re-feed #1 is day 13, and Re-feed #2 is day 14? Basically back to back immediately after day 12 and/or regardless of being in the absence of resistance training?
2.) Size of re-feed: is 4-6 grams p/lb. of LBM for *each* re-feed the protocol?
In RFL, it mentions the carb load guidelines in the UD2 would be a very good idea, but I don't have UD2. If it matters.
