Not sure what you ended up doing, but UD2 guidelines are 6-8g C/lb lbm on the first day and significantly drop off the second day. Can't remember the exact number but I think it's like 2-4g C/lb lbm. Second day can actually be below maintenance and is recommended for expedited fat loss.
I ended up doing around 7/8 on day 1 and then kinda fu*** up day 2. The rebound from this diet has been a bi**. Trying to get things under control we'll see what happens. Onto the cardio machines. Deary Diary.
