Losing last remaining fat
I am an advanced workout guy.
Was doing it all wrong for many, many years, but now am ready to get to the next level. I like the physique model look, not bodybuilder.
I am 51 years old, 6' 187 around 8% I would guess.
The only real fat I have is around my lower abdomin, obliques and lower back. It's like a 3/4 inch band.
I have very visible abs (6 pack), but now I would like to gain 5-10 pounds of lean mass on upper body, but not pack on any fat in my trouble area.
Any thoughts as to this?
