But as Gaucho suggested, aiming for a bodyfat percentage is probably smarter. People often have to lose a lot more weight than they thought to get to the bodyfat level they want.
This. If you're too worried about your bodyweight then you'll never get lean. I wasted years worrying about what people would think of my bodyweight.
