You are the one who came in the thread to have a go at me, when my point against what Tyler had written was correct. You are the one who basically invited me to respond by having to quote the author himself.
And actually I have helped OP. By giving the CORRECT answer, which is that you could in theory use RFL to lose 5-6kg in 14 days. Just as the book says.
Why you would want to and whether or not you should do it are separate matters. A lot of people oppose extreme diets altogether, for example.
