You "think" you "eat healthy" and you "try" to "keep a low consume of calories". This means that you are not tracking and you will not see results no matter what supplements or other useless variable you are looking at.
Work out , hit enough protein to maintain muscle mass, and be in a TRACKED caloric deficit.
