Home Workout With Barbell/Dumbell
Moving into my second go on a PSMF (lost about 30 pounds last time) and this time I want to introduce a bit of weights into my workout, something I didn't much do last time.
I realise there's a home workout included in the manual but since I've got access to a home gym of sorts (barbell, dumbells, a bench and a rack) I'd like to integrate that rather than doing a purely body weight workout. A lot of the 'gym' workouts I can bring in, but a lot of them require machines.
Anybody else done anything similar and have a rough idea of what you did? Apologies if this is something asked before, did have a look to no avail.
