Since I use the machine for leg press instead of doing real squats, I'm not so worried about moving the abs. I think moving abs is less impactful than moving triceps.
Here are my splits
1 Chest/Delt/Tri - Flat Bench, Incline bench; Superset Rear Delt Raise & Lateral Raise; tricep cable pulldown
2 Legs: Superset Leg Press and Calf Raise; RDL; Split Squat;
3 Back Biceps: Superset Row & Cable Pulldown; Superset Bosu situp & Low Back Reverse situp; Bicep Curl
