RFL done properly will limit your incoming energy so that you body will use it's stored energy. ketosis really does *not* matter for fat loss.
Yes, that is fair. But not being on keto and being on RFL is needlessly painful. Emotions are a mess and hunger pangs strike randomly, especially when stressed. Productivity is just not there.
I've been on it for 36 days now and I don't think I'm even experiencing the metabolic slowdown. I've lost 28 lbs.
Personally, I have come to prefer keto when RFL'ing.
