Mix 1 cup of this:
With 1/2 scoop of whey protein (Use Vanilla or non-flavored; though I haven't tried throwing chocolate in there to see what happens). For me, I get 32 grams using this method. Don't use the small containers use a bowl so you have room to mix.
It tastes great...I think it even enhances the yogurt. The consistency is thicker and it is an easy source of protein, calcium, and fiber (the yogurt in this brand is fiber enhanced).
