Day 5: 184.2 lbs
Woo! Adhering pretty good. Hopefully I can make it up for earlier in the week by the time I record my averages. Brunch today was Denny's and my meal had 1020 calories in it. Leaves me open for a small dinner. Still need to do my workout (30 minutes on the treadmill) but will have time later. I slept over 10 hours last night. Guess I needed it.
