Confused about what to do next
M/45/5'8/162lbs/14.4%BF training in the starting strength program. I have been doing the PSMF diet for a few days and then learned about the UD 2.0 regimen. My goal is to achieve a six pack (no surprise there). I lift regularly 4x a week and calculated I need to lose between 8 and 10 lbs of body fat to achieve my goal.
I would like to hit my goal within the next 6 weeks. Does anything think this is possible and if so should I switch to the Ultimate Diet 2 program.
Anyone also know if Lyle offers a single phone coaching session to go over any particulars? I have lost over 30 lbs of fat so far so I know how to stick to a diet and an exercise program.
