![]() So I wrote a couple of months ago that I got severely injured in the gym. Could not weight train, just some lower back stretching exercises. In addition, I had high stress at work, am about to finish my phd and sleep has been poor as I became father some months ago. All that combined had me eating not 100% body composition friendly, and had me gain 4 kg from January. Not much, I still look decent but would like to get some flab off me before I hit vacation mid July. Plus, I got clearance yesterday from my orthopedic doctor to start weight training again, so going to start as of Monday. BF wise, I am not sure, 18ish...? Here is a photo.

![]() I would take whatever estimate people gave you last time and add 3-5%. You seem to store fat pretty evenly.
