Default fruits and insulin resistance

This question is not in my context iam asking just for information.

say some people who are insulin resistant cat-3 and do a rfl type of a diet lose good fat but yet not become very insulin sensitive means still stay in higher end cat-2 .

now when they take a diet break and if they are eating at maintenance and there carb source is fruits , vegetables maybe some starches wont they be having problems from insulin considering that they still are insulin resistant .

and how much does fruit and how much of its amount contribute to make some 1 insulin resistant ?
