great answer lyle i just wanted to know the the first time i did rfl i actually got stronger in the gym (note i was training poorly for 2 years b4 that going to gym 6 days a week with 1 hour cardio 5 days per week ) how is tht possible?? thts the only time i did rfl though and i lost around 8lbs but as soon as i started ud2.0 after 1 week of maintenance ( i was in a hurry) i was down to 160 lbs on thursday after tension workout and around 165 after refeed and it stayed like this throughout 7 weeks but i actually got leaner i can see my 4 pack now but after 5 weeks i dint see any changes in my body i was in a 50% deficit , was it because i didnt take full diet break of 2 weeks before resuming diet??
