Default creatine training log

i am natural bodybuilder using creatine
i do push pull legs rest repeat and 30 minutes cardio after each time i lift
this is my current physique i will post physique updates
i am cutting on 2600-2800 calories only creatine and hard work

TBH, creatine is not something to mention. It's like saying "Chicken and vegetables training log" or "Breathing and living training log". Well, you get the point.

i am not sure what the deficit
i am very active right now, i do like a prowler treadmill cardio and i bike the gym

You're responding to someone on test/tren/dnp lol. Although I find all the pretty hard to believe.

He states he's natural here, but in other threads he's talked about using test/tren/DNP.
