Full Diet Break day 10/14

DOMS. All the DOMS.

Also had a nasty blood sugar crash overnight and was on the glucose roller coaster all day as a result. Diabetes kind of sucks you guys

Full Diet Break day 11/14

AM weight 137.0

Hungry enough to chew my arm off, but I think a lot of that is stress from sleep deprivation (toddler twins have been up past 2am every night -- we're working on settling them into a better routine but it's a slow process). Anyway, stuck to food plan.

Exercise:
Felt like lifting heavy for lower reps, so I did! I'm a rebel just for kicks now.
Squats 45# 3x5 (could get 2 reps with decent form and then it was good mornings)
Bench 55# 2x8, 1x6
One-arm DB row 35# 3x8
10 min diastasis recti exercises
35 minutes easy walking on the treadmill
Felt soooooooo good.

Steps: 10,000

Full Diet Break day 14/14

AM weight 139.8 (squeaking in under that goal of not going over 140, haha)

It's been a less-than-perfect couple of days. Twins still aren't sleeping, and at work we had a manager quit abruptly and norovirus is going around. I am dealing with things in very healthy ways, such as by eating cookies straight out of the break room freezer and then going to my therapist to complain about how I am eating too many cookies.

Heh. Seriously, it's all good. We have a new sleeping/eating plan for the twins from their pediatrician, who says in her experience, "It's one REALLY rough week and then the kids are fine." And that's probably going to be true for me too. I am going to be a zombie and eat like crap, and probably gain a few pounds, and then the new year will come with its promises of fresh starts, and I will get back on track and everything will be fine.

Tomorrow is my 34th birthday and I weigh less than I ever have since possibly my 15th birthday.

Bod Pod assessment today. Over roughly 10 weeks of RFL (between August and December) I lost 14 pounds of fat mass. I'm Category 1 now officially, too, at 23.5% body fat
