Hey, MoEcho!

I usually just lurk on the boards, but wanted to post some encouragement and say Hi!

I'm on Day 6 of my own run of RFL as a Cat1 F. Trying to peel off some pounds I gained going off the rails after starting a new job and dealing with the stress of leaving an old, toxic one. Also trying to keep this RFL short and not get too lean, which I think contributed to an October of stress-eating. I've learned I can have a four-pack, but not a six-pack.

Anyway, I don't want to hijack your thread. I'm also in Ontario, freezing my butt off. Say warm!

So cold today, right?? I walk to work (it's about 35 minutes) and was FREEZING the entire way in. Normally I love it, but there's a point where it just gets to be TOO MUCH.

Looks like you're killing this round!

-31 here with the windchill. I hope it wasn't that cool for you! 35 min walk in that -- freeze your bits off!!

Weighed myself again after a nap (just for fun)

148.9 ha ha Nice.

Stay warm!

I have been freezing! Although it wasnít -31. Iím in Toronto, so weíre a bit warmer. Iím from Ottawa though, so I can relate to your pain!!! I find Iím generally colder on RFL anyway, and the icy weather adds to it.

Iím so close to the end of my round, too. Getting ready for my two-day refeed, which will start Tuesday! Iíve never successfully implemented a refeed after an RFL-style cut. This is the first time Iím actually committed to doing one properly. Then I may bring calories up until after Christmas and one one more round to get the last of the ďfun-timeĒ weight off!
