Default The recent "study" on coconut oil

Did anybody see this recent claim that it was more dangerous in its cholesterol risk than beef drippings? I always was under the impression that MCTs meant the saturated fat of coconut oil was not as much a danger factor as that of other types.

Was this a real study?

It wasn't a study, it was a review on the impact of coconut oil on blood lipids.

And I'm sure you can find plenty of whinging and grousing and analysis of it online.
