Same.

Screw macho exercises, machines are often more than not, superior. Period.

Smith inclines with slightly shortened ROM is great. But I prefer Hammer Incline Press, I dunno if you have access to that one. I think it's my favorite Hammer machine, absolutely bombastic.

That's my favorite too for chest. But my current gym only has the flat. So I Do that and shallow Smith inclines and machine flyes. Since starting doing the smiths I've had a ton of stretch marks on my upper chest/felt area

oh okay
the advantages of these lifts is that we can compare the performances
I personally only do bench press and pull ups, so leg press for quads, cable row for back

They are just tools, that's all. If you have leverages for bench or squats, fine, you can do them with barbell.

If not, well designed machines are superior. I'm talking about bodybuilding/hypertrophy training.

Been eating a bit more than I should past couple weeks. Cheese is too palatable I'm cutting it out. Sticking with red meat+rice or eggs and rice for my meals feel good so far. Making progress with delts and incline smith
