Day 2 weigh in: 107.6lbs (-2.6) / 48.9kg (-1.2)

Woke up a bit hungry, a big cup of joe took care of that. Feeling energetic even tho last night I kept waking up to pee lol. No pain/aches -yet.

I'm impressed with your walking. How are you managing to get so much walking in??? When I was on holidays in London it was super easy but with work I'm struggling.

Yeah that's the thing, no work these days so lots of free time.
I'm doing part treadmill part outside walking the doggie, on the treadmill I either read or have Netflix marathons so time flies by
With work I'd probably do 4mph speed instead of 3.5, which would take 1 hr less. Anything above 4 gives me extremely high heart rate, maybe you're different and you could try slightly higher speed?

Noon here, now feeling the effects of last night's disturbed sleep. Can't sleep tho, wondering if the whole thing is 'cause of the bupropion. Done 11 miles up to now.
Tip: 2 pairs of socks do prevent feet aches lol

I need some fresh air

Day 2

Weight: 107.6lbs (-2.6) / 48.9kg (-1.2)

Miles walked: 21 (6h45min)
Intensity: 3.0-3.5mph

Diet

-turkey (40cals, 6p)
-tuna (122cals, 28p)
-chicken (288cals, 54p)
-whey (187cals, 34p)
-coffee with almond milk (22cals, 1p)

Total: 659 calories, 123g protein

Notes: I'm a bit surprised with myself for managing 42 miles in the first 2 days. I wanted to push myself to follow the book to a T, at the very minimum, since even with the full mileage done I'm only around 2k calories deficit compared to the 5k of the subjects in the study. Hey I'm small so best I can do During the afternoon I felt sick, felt like a mild food poisoning. Powered through it tho and now time to rest! Pretty happy with the diet so far, hunger and soreness are there but hardly noticeable.

Day 3 weigh in: 107.6lb (-0.2) / 48.8kg (-0.1)

Typical pattern. I always get a big drop the first day and barely a loss the second day. Deficit is all that matters.

Last night the same thing happened again. Crushing at 10pm, awake at 12am feeling like I had a full night's sleep, up for an hour, awake again at 3am, 6am.... Sucks.

Given that I only started bupropion 4 days ago, could that affect my sleep even tho I'm dead tired by the end of the day? Anyone else experienced this?

Also I was feeling really hungry but it went away with each cup of decaf and plenty of water. I only feel hungry during the night. In the morning/durin the day, nada. Weird

Can't edit, that should be 107.4.

Note: for anyone wanting to give erfl a try but they dread leg/knee/feet pain, do some stretches before and after every session, wear 2 pairs of socks, lay down and lift your legs for a few minutes and may be throw in some glucosamine.

The whole thing feels a lot easier

Day 3

Weight: 107.4lbs (-0.2) / 48.8kg (-0.1)

Miles walked: 22 (7h)
Intensity: 2.5-3.5mph

Diet

-whey (147cals, 26p)
-coffee w/ almond milk (22cals, 1p)
-tuna (122cals, 28p)
-chicken (290cals, 54p)
-egg white omelet (84cals, 15p)

Total: 665 calories, 124g protein

Notes: Had to run a lot of errands on top of the walking, plus was cleaning the house for 2hours.
No hunger, no cravings, but my feet are numb.
Last day tomorrow, and I found out a while ago about a mandatory visit I have to do in my hometown. I was disappointed, I really have the momentum for this but I don't think I'll have much time for cardio. Diet wise, I have no clue how I will manage (family...ya know). I'll do my best to finish the full 4day run, if not, I'm happy with how the past 3 days went

Still no sleep so I ended up doing a full-body workout,
1 exercise per body part, 5x15
Plus a shake

I'm getting worried
