Default Is it ok to take Yohimbine and Tyrosine with Armour Thyroid

Ive had good fat loss from using yohimbine and tyrosine first thing in the morning before cardio following the instructions in Lyles books

Ive just been prescribed armour thyroid due to low t4 and t3 levels (probably caused by too much stress in my life, personal, work, training too much and too low calories)

Anyway, my questions is, is it ok to still take the yohimbine and tyrosine as I've been doing now Ive got to take armour?

Is it best to say take the yohmbine, caffeine and tyrosine first thing upon waking, do the cardio then say 1 hour later take the armour thyroid?

Any help is greatly appreciated, just want to make sure that i know if I can or cannot take Yohimbine and/or tyrosine

p.s. I believe Ive fixed the stress and got my diet and training spot on.

As you've probably read a million times already: if you're not healthy, don't cut.

Why do you still ask if it's okay to use Yohimbine in combination with Armour Thyroid if you don't need Armour Thyroid in the first place (because you've fixed your stress issues). And why do you still want to cut if calorie restriction is one of the causes of your Armour Thyroid use?

Look, if your hormones are somehow down-regulated or compromised, don't cut and make things worse. It's not even optimal and a diet-break may get you there even quicker.

I hear you.

I decided to stop the cut and yohimbine and went off my diet. I re-read the flexible dieting book too.

I feel so much better for it. I'm getting some more blood work done in a few weeks so will be interesting to see if things have/are improving
