Default glycogen depletion while minimising doms

Any tips on how to go about this? Choice of exercises etc.

Exercises are covered in the book, I have only free weights and bands so I had to improvise.


Landmine Belt Squats 3x15

Banded Hamstring Curls 3x15

Bench Press 3x15

Banded Rows 3x15

Laterals 3x15

Standing Calf Raise 3x15

Dumbell Curl 3x15

Tricep Extension 3x15
