Default confused on macronutrient multipliers

I weight 145 lbs with 125 lean body mass. I was planning to use the 1200 calories on depletion days for my weight level.

In the UD2 book there are mentions of:
-Protein should be set at 1-1.5 gram per pound of lean body mass
-using 1.5 g/lb of protein
are these both in g/lb of lean body mass or g/lb total weight?

and

somewhere between 12 and 16 g/kg of lean body mass is the magic number here. That works out to approximately 7-8 grams of carbs/lb of lean body mass for the metric impaired. In addition to all of those carbohydrates, don't forget protein at 1 gram per pound (again is this for LBM or total weight?)
so for me:
56.8 kg of lean body mass x 12 =680g
56.8 kg of lean body mass x 16 =910g
or
125 lb of lean body mass x 7=875g
125 lb of lean body mass x 8=1000g
these aren't close for me

Thanks for helping me clarify these values.

If you're lean enough to do UD2 as a male, the difference in lean and total weight isn't enough to make much of a difference
