A follow up to the last question in the FAQ about water retention.

Does the water retention last three days after a single dose? Or is this from people who are taking it every day for a while so that it builds up?

I'm only taking YHCl fasted with AM cardio on Sun, Tues and Thurs.

Are some people taking it more often than just once in the morning for fasted cardio? Otherwise it's not clear to me how it can build up in the body given that it is supposed to clear your system in two hours.

what's the point of chronic use if it's only effective in a fasted state? unless we are talking about daily morning use in a fasted state which is probably a tiny minority of trainees.

Lyle, you said that you can take Y then Ec 4 hours later. Is the reverse true? So, for instance, I can eat breakfast and take Ec then 4 hours later when I can get to the gym at lunch I could use Y providing I havent eaten anything since b/fast?

Banderbe - the Stubborn Fat book is really enlightening, in much the same way as UD2. In my experience, I find it really helps you to understand how to structure your "exercise" regimen so that it is in sync with your diet, thereby ensuring optimal results. Similar "stringent" requirements but in a different way. For me it seems more flexible actually.

That's good.. I thrive on stringent requirements. I pride myself on doing what 99% of people can't or won't do. Gotta get it soon!
