My gym closed for 3 weeks, and I had to use a different, worse one, in the meantime. So I am rebuilding.

Workout was cut a bit short. Next macrocycle I'm bringing back weighted chinups instead of pulldowns. I've finally figured on a good push selection and order, for now. I can't bench without aggravating my shoulder, and heavy dips require too much stabilization to progress well. So next macrocycle will resume heavy chinups with secondary rows, and continue with the current setup for push.
