![]() I've purchased and read the Bromocriptine book and have a question
I've also searched the forum to find the specific answer but unfortunately haven't Is a 4 week use of bromocriptine enough to fix leptin resistance from around 8 months of very low carb / keto type dieting? I believe I may have caused some metabolic damage The reason for the 4 weeks is that I will be going on holiday I've stopped dieting and on maintenance calories with more carbs in my diet and have been for the last 8 weeks. But I do feel that I may have slowed my metabolism down Would 4 weeks bromo be useful? |

![]() bromo doesn't fix leptin signalling - it MIMICS it.
so once you stop bromo your baseline letpin transport issues may still be there.

![]() Thanks Relos and Myles, appreciate your reply
I'll go off the diet as Lyle mentions and then reassess things when I return from holiday |
