Given it's MOA: taken with last carb dominant meal, or taken 2~hrs before cardio to take advantage of FFA in bloodstream during this time (perfect application would be on a PSMF).

Don't take niacin. Duh.

If you are going to use the stuff: take it with carbs and when you are not consuming carbs afterward. Pretty simple.

But what if there's fat in the last carb meal? Would that make much of a difference? Won't the fatty acids from the meal be released later anyway?

Probably. But this means less fat released from your stores--> less fat loss.

And no-one really know the exact amount of fat released. It might be that you'll store more than you release this way. You don't need to take niacin every day. I'd just skip it with dem high fat meals.

So I did a 3 week experiment using the given protocol during my bulking phase.

The results?

Holy cow! I don't have bf% measures unfortunately, but I've lost at least 3-4% body fat at 500 cal surplus. I'm noticeably leaner, my skin is tighter and every day I'm waking up looking solid and defined...

I still find it hard to believe to be true

Is this is even physiologically posible?

Seriously, give it a shot it you haven't. I have no idea how you came up with this scheme but I don't think I'll be cutting anytime soon haha. Big props !

^^You have pics of before and after?

3% bodyfat loss in three weeks is a milestone in itself let alone you did it in a 500 cal surplus

I have pics yup, will post them later tonight

The protocol is basically what is outlined on page 1

- 1000mg Niacin (pure, no flush free) with my last carb meal for the day (which is also low in fat)

If you want more info for the mechanics, refer to the first page
