Default Fat loss, muscle gain/maintenance

Does this book have these options for athletes during different training phases? I mainly training combat athletes including myself and I'm looking for a good nutrition approach to support the training but still have fat loss or gain/maintenance.

Thanks

It talks about changing body composition yes, mainly in terms of adjusting the diet. Mainly you just adjust calories and there is not extreme detail. But it is discussed.

Would this be a book that would benefit a combat athlete? If not would u be able to suggest another book either yours or another author? Most of my athletes are pretty much sedentary outside of their training either by desk jobs or other means of income. I want to provide them with a nutrition approach with them having to spend money on a nutrionist
