I once did a FBW and had DOMS all over my body. First time at the gym. Took a whole week for it to get down. It was a nice feeling.

Have had decent results commensurate with my effort, sometimes better sometimes worse.. never had much in the way of DOMS aside from the initial soreness from being new to training.
