Ephedra was banned at one point, ephedrine is not.

Add me to this list of people feeling... not so great on EC. Slight headache and feeling of fatigue (although not sleepy). Couldn't tell you if it's the caffeine or the ephedrine though. I drank caffeine previously, but not this much.

Some folks respond poorly/oddly/almost in reverse to EC. I know this has been discussed in another thread on the forum

I have some very fundamental questions about ephedrine/caffeine, which I somehow did not absorb from other reading.

When is a good, bad, or indifferent time to take EC?

Full stomach or empty stomach?
Before intense exercise?
Before low intensity exercise?

If you have tolerance for it, take it every 4hrs during the day (stop about 6hrs before bed time if you value sleep)

then, around training time take 2-3 grams of L-tyrosine to give you a little extra 'kick'

It is a great apetite supressant on an empty stomach. I'm on an IF plan with my first meal late in the day; I take 25/200 at 8am/11am/2pm and it has killed the hunger from day one.

Just in case people don't know, ephedrine is banned for natural bodybuilding competitions in the USA.
