Default Giving ud another go

love this diet and have done it a couple of times over the years. Started after thanksgiving to try and lean out for the new year. 4 weeks and here are my results so far[IMG][/IMG]

also been doing bout 30-45 min of liss cardio in morning bout 4-5 times a week cause i like the way it wakes me up before work

How can you love UD2.0? It's horrible on so many levels. It's effective... sure... but horrible.

i guess i just like how its so structured. helps keep me in line.. when i try and do plans not so structured i tend to stray away lot more and not see results i want. guess thats why i say i like it. but yea guess it is torture, even the fun carbload days are spent miserable like a zombie, and low carb days are spent thinking bout sweets whole time lol

not sure never really check it, i just always like the way this diet works so when i wanna get serious bout leaning out i go back and start ud 2.0
