I went and checked my blood pressure the other day while on bromocriptine and got 86/50! Should I be worried about my BP dipping this low? Also, any suggestions on how to keep it more around normal while taking bromo? I've discontinued using it because I was scared by this blood pressure reading, and the symptoms were becoming pretty annoying. I'd love to start using it again if I could get this under control though.
110/65 is actually optimal according to the newest guidelines ( <120 for systolic and <80 for diastolic)

Now, how low is too low for BP, there's no reference range, only symptoms can tell ( dizziness, nausea, fainting, fatigue, cold skin, etc). You seem symptomatic, so either:

a) stop that awful drug ASAP
b) consult your doctor

EDIT: Are you using bromo on cut? Dieting tends to lower BP by itself, and lethargy, lower body temeperature (coldness you're describing) are all known to happen while in caloric restriction. But anyways I would stop, bromo sucks.

For prolactin control it's superior. For fat loss, inferior, little to no effects IME.

Default Diet break on bromo?

Is it necessary to take a diet break on bromo and if so, can I go longer than 6-8 weeks of dieting if I'm on it?

I'm 160 around 17% bf I'd say. What is the longest amount of time recommended before taking a diet break while on bromo? (In anyone's opinion)

Did you get it yet? Iím curious to see your experience with it.

The first time I started taking it my hunger was blunted in a way I canít really explain... just wasnít hungry I guess. I worked up to the maximum dosage and felt pretty good. Took it for a good month before stopping

The second time cutting phase I took it and felt pretty nauseous for a good 2 weeks and decided to stop. This time it was the minimum dosage. Iím a bit nervous to try it again...

Oh boy, that was ages ago haha. I did end up running it for about 6 weeks working up to 5mg everyday. I didn't notice a whole lot of benefit besides the decrease in appetite, and a huge libido boost.

I did have a ton of negative side effects, however. Constant stuffy nose feeling, lethargy, a few less than pleasant hypoglycemia episodes, cold feeling in the extremeties, and a rather significant drop in blood pressure (may be good for some, but mine is already naturally low so it just made me feel horrible). This was prior to discovering the EC stack though. I'd be curious to see if combining it with EC could help combat the symptoms I described as a decongestant/stim basically counteracts all of those symptoms. I just don't feel like spending $60 to have some more shipped to me from India just to hate it again.
