Lol! No offense. My diet is all over places. I am not doing RFL. I am trying loose couple pound a week.

W3D1 ERFL
I'm actually only on W3.
I'll wait until tomorrow to weight in since I had Chinese food and ate several cookies last night. It's hard to hang out with friends when you're on diet. I'm going to do 3.5 days of ERFL. I have problems with sleeping when I do low carb, RFL. If I do 3.5 days, I only lose sleep on day 2 and day 3.
Exercise: 30 min fitness jam, 10 miles hiking.

W3D2 ERFL
I only got 3 hours of sleep last night. Hopefully I can take a nap later. My legs are already sore since I hiked up a few hills yesterday. According to Mapmywalk app, I burn 3.560kcal 9.90 miles in 4.7 hours. So... I Should lose 1.5lb
Exercise plan: 4 hours yard work (mow lawn, pull weed). I may go for 3 miles hike if my friend calls me).
I may have to do a couple days of ERFL next weekend also if I can't reach my goal (180lbs) for this month. I like hiking. Maybe i can hike 10+ miles next weekend

So yesterday I gave in and ate starch. My mind and body could not handle no sleep. I feel better today. I had a bottle of 5htp in the house somewhere. I remembered 5htp did help me with sleep issues when I'm low carb. I felt so disappointed that I actually weight 1 lb more than my start weight. Hopefully it just water, it's impossible to gain 5 lbs in 3 days. I will log 9n everything I eat on my fitness pal so I can analyze my eating habit. I did not do any yard yesterday neither since it was raining. Today I just eat close to RFL. I would like to go for couple hours of hiking just for destress if I have time in the evening.

Yesterday, ate medium carbs. I'm so proud that I did not eat after hiking event I was hungry. I burned 2,200kcal 8 miles 180 minute. I weight 187 lbs in the evening so I Should weight less than that in the morning. Hopefully by Saturday morning I'll will get back down to 185.6 lb s sleeping was OK, deep sleep 6hr..

Yesterday I did upper WL, 1hr h Zuma, 400 Cal 40 min elliptical. My eating was not bad. I said about 1500 cal
