Today was a 5 hour refeed.
A couple of important notes:
1. I lost 5 cm at the widest point of my abdominal area (at navel level) during the past month. Despite this, weight stayed almost the same.
2. If I go a whole week on 2000 cal without refeed, the fatigue I get is incredible. It's a state of ridiculous physical exhaustion to the point I will struggle to find the strength to walk around...
3. Strength during workouts is good. Tyrosine before workouts really helps.

Today:
Weight: 92.1 kg (still the same pretty much).
Navel: minus 6 cm.
Calories: 2400.
Activity: 14.000 steps. Heavy weight training plus 40 min LIS cardio.
Here is a picture of the current state.
Visually, I am not getting significantly leaner, but I think I amm retaining a lot of water, since measures have dropped but weight has not.

Haven't written in a while because every day is the same more or less.
Overall, I am very happy with how this cut is going.
I am not hungry, am eating whatever I want, am sleeping like a baby and feel very good overall.
Weight has gone down by about 4lb, however I have been taking a lot of creatine lately and am not eating low carb so fat loss might even be morr than that. I am getting too small IMO but I guess that is just my brain playing with me.
Here are some photos taken this morning.

Is it me or are outlines of ab lines starting to show up...?

Thank you. I woke up 3 lb lighter this morning, so 7 lb are gone. Not too bad. Eating pizza at this moment, I have a rule of anthe untracked meal once per week and this week its pizza. I believe this principle does not harm my progress and somewhat alleviates the subconcious stress of counting every single bit. P.S. its a small pizza al tonno

Hi folks.
I was wondering how much weight can creatine contribute?
Why am I asking this?
Well because I am starting to see outlines of my abs at good lighting (4 upper abs starting to Pop out at good lighting) every day more and more, but my weight has gone down only by 7 lb. I have been taking 10 to 15 g of creatine every day.
my diet adherence was perfect, and my waist size went down considerably, my pants are hanging on me, and I have no gut any more, even when I lean Forward (fat still there when I pinch though)...
My diet has been 2.000 cal consistently for the past 7-8 weeks, except some refeed days (3 in total).
The Thing is I was Floating around 19-20% BF apparently, so something does not add up with the BF-7lb loss-abs starting to Pop out slightly Story. Is the high creating dosing skewing results?

Thank you guys.

When you're full, you're full. Taking 15-20g of creatine is a lot, unless you're loading. If you're already loaded, 15-20g may give you diarrhea.

No diarrhea or any kind of GI issues at all.
Just wondering how much weight can creatine add, because something is not adding up in the calculations.
My average weight has gone down by 7 lb, which is very pleasing, but not spectacular. However, my weight keeps shifting up and down like crazy on daily basis. I weigh in at 90.0 kg one day, eat 2.000 cal and wake up at 92.8 kg the next day. Then that will stay for a whole week despite obvious deficit, then it will go down to 89.0 kg, and so forth. It makes tracking weight a pain in the I need to read the rules post.I need to read the rules post.I need to read the rules post., but it is what it is.
