Default Requires sacroplasmatic hypertrophy a Calorie surplus??

As the title says, requires sacroplasmatic hypertrophy a Calorie surplus?? because if there is no signifiant myofibrilar hypertrophy on 10-12 reps what would the idea be of beeing i surplus cal....??

And what would the HST program say your calorie intake should be on the first weeks with high rep???

Let me fix that for you: "Does sacroplasmatic hypertrophy require a calorie surplus?"

This myofibrillar vs sarcoplasmic hypertrophy is not a real distinction.

I'm going to interpret your question in terms of getting an enduring pump effect in the muscles.

The 'pump' is one of the hardest things to maintain while on a diet, but it's possible to make make improvements in it while fluctuating around maintenance.

Some of the statements in your post are not right. It's nonsense to say that there's 'no significant muscle growth at 10-12 reps'. Decent growth is possible at pretty much any repetition range!

you need a surplus for any growth. growth effects are a sliding scale not an on off switch. 1<--myo-----sarco--->20

In general you need a surplus, unless:
- You're fat
- You're a beginner
- You're juicing
- You're on a complex program like UD 2.0

For us mere humans, recomp hardly happens on a deficit.
