Moving back to maintenance after stopping t3 supplementation
Hi guys, i would just like your opinion as to how i should move to maintenance to limit if not prevent any fat gain whatsoever. Ive ended my diet and throughout was pretty much supplementing with 25mcg t3, on some days a bit higher.. now i know my natural production was replaced during this time, so as im adjusting my maintenance should this be accounted for? My new maintenance with BW and activity level all plugged in should be 2600. should i reduce that number by a bit for a while? and if so, for how long. Thank you, sorry if this post sounds a bit narcotic to a degree lol, but as i addressed above i'm really obsessed when it comes to fat gain, even if its minimal.
