Just curious, what are the body weight maintenance multipliers for women based on activity level? I found an article Lyle wrote for males, but cant find one for females I know its out there because I saw it.
For average activity level from the calculating maintenance article.
"In general, women or those with a ‘slower’ metabolic rate should use the lower value (14 cal/lb) and men or those with a ‘faster’ metabolic rate should use the higher value (16 cal/lb) as a STARTING POINT ESTIMATION for maintenance."
