Default Bodyopus diet question

so i doing now ud2 mass and Lyle says in the book:
Quote:
Back when people were playing with the Bodyopus diet, I remember folks eating literally
7,000-10,000 calories during the first day of their carb-load and still losing body fat.
so what exactly is the first day?

so now i do the Thursday evening the workout and then start the carb load.
so the first day = Thursday evening to Friday evening? (24 hour)
or the trick is to eat as much as possible for sleeping?

i want to try this during the ud2 mass diet/training

It doesn't matter, this is not a diet you're following.

The most important part of the carb-up advice is, "Push carbs up as high as you can without getting puffy."

If you think on that for a sec, you'll realize that it addresses both the time issue and the quantity issue. Brilliant in its simplicity.
