@Determinism

By chest press I mean machine horizontal press.

@Squat

Hahaha, i will def refer to these as breast pushes from now on

@Moho
Thanks man, Glad to have you aboard

Pre xmas

192

Lower bodyheavy
squat 110kg 5x5
pull ups 5x5
high hang clean 3x5 60kg
Seated calf raise 2x20 60kg

rushed due to gym closing early

After Xmas

weight 199lbs

Ok, so Christmas moderation didn't go as well as it could have.... though straight back on the macro grind as of today and only 3 days of bad eating. In retrospect i definitely could have taken it easy with eating yesterday without losing any of the benefits of letting loose for Christmas

Gym Session

Was up both reps and weight on pretty much every exercise. Not sure if that's due to adapting to this style of training or just be so carbed up

Incline DB with pause
32kg 6 x 8

Pendlay row
65kg 3 x 8

OHP
40kg 1 x 8 (easy)
42.5kg 2 x 8

Horizontal row machine
60kg 3 x 8

Flys
10kg 3 x 12 (didn't like how this felt, def going to sub these)

Seated incline curls
8kg 3 x 12

Rope pull downs (got the unit wrong last week, is lbs not kg)
70lbs 3 x 12

Is there a specific reason that some measurements are in kg and some are in pounds?

@Determinism

All the weights are in kilos in my gym except the cables. I like to do bodyweight in lbs though as i've got a better sense of weight in lbs.

Bodyweight 194.75

Holy water weight loss batman!

Lower body heavy

squats 5x5 115kg
High hang clean 5x5 60kg
Leg curl 3x8 60kg
seated calf raise 6x8 70kg

nice and easy

weight 191lbs Still fat, need to keep reminding myself that this will take a decent amount of time. Think i need to get to 182 to even be back in the game, let alone lean.

upper heavy

was in a different gym today, didn't really find my groove due to different weights and bench etc
6 x 5 100kg bench press
5 x 5 70kg cleans
34kg 1 x 8 1 x 7 dumbell incline press
30kg 1 x 8 dumbell incline press
lat pull down:- not sure the weight but i was in a temporary gym
lat raises 10kg 3 x 12

prior to new year

I did a legs volume session in an unfamiliar gym. I won't go through the whole workout as i had to sub some exercises. got 100kg squat 6x8 though.

New years eve drank way too much and cheated on diet the next day. I'm going to stop drinking in 2018 in order to meet my fitness and general life goals. It takes me way too long to recover from these days, plus makes me down in the dumps for a few days after.

weighed 193 today

Upper body volume
Killed this workout! Up on most exercises
Incline dumbell press w/ pause 5x8 1x9 32kg
Barbell row 3x8 70kg
OHP 3x8 45kg
Machine row 3x8 65kg

Flys 3x12 10kg
pushdowns 3x12 90lb
seated Incline curls 8kg 3x12
