Default excesive water retention after dieting

Hi, Im having a little problem related with water retention. I was in a decifit long time ago during several months, but dieting in a wrong way. First, I was setting to few calories (1000-1200) with a lot of excersise; I couldnt lost the weight that I want to achive so I began to serch and found this site. The solutions was reduce excersie and increase the calories and could achieve my goals. But suddenly something stressfull in my life happend and the binges season began. My first binge was about 2 days of cookies and chocolates, in the third day I gainend so much water retention and obviously fat, but the image that I had was from a very fat person. My wetight before that binge was 59 kg. then I did 2 week deficit and could flush all that weight and could stay lean again, but the binges started again. I was doing low fat diet with high protein in this "new dieting season" but only during 10 days and the fall in a binge, I keeped that cycle about 2 months and stopped the excersise. I get fat again , them in December could stay motivated and avoid binges or reduces its frequencies. I could loose a lot of weight and stay lean again. But today I has noted that I couldnt eat some carbs beacuse star to ain a lot of weight, as bloated sensations that happens so quickly, I looks so fat, is strange how I m lean in the moorning and fat in the afternoon. Im doing maintence with weight training about one week ago. thanks for your comments
