It just seems kinda hard for me to concieve that my body will hold that bolus of food for 18 hours to digest it...I would think some would get wasted....
Considering protein cant be stored...once the amount my body requires to fulfill its repair needs....what happens to it? (I would think the rest would go towards refilling my glycogen (Gluconeogenesis?) and then towards fat storage...is this correct?
