Default Re-Starting RFL

Hey all!

I have tried RFL before and wanted to take an extreme approach with something that was already...extreme. Now that finals (college level) are wrapping up, I decided to spend these 6 weeks of my break doing RFL the way it's meant to be done.

I started today but am hesitant to do any weigh-ins as I find tracking visual progress mentally better for myself. I'd guesstimate that I'm around ~150 lb, at 5'5", just for a frame of reference.


Lifting 3x a week, with some light jogging post lifts as I'm getting ready for a 5K in Feburary. Food log will be updated later today! One refeed day a week, and a cheat meal if needed.


I've recently switched my values to wanting to be healthy and maintain a healthy mind, instead of hoping to just run the fat off because I "feel fat." I fully believe the change in perspective will help me accomplish this initial 6 week kick off phase leading to maintenance. Thank you to whomever stops by!
