Default Advanced Concept Diet v2.0 in Plain English

Alright, so I did a translation of Blade's Advanced Concept Diet v2.0 article.

The monster was way too long to fit on this forum, so with Blade's permission, I bumped it up on my site. It's available here.

I will make changes accordingly as Blade wishes, but for the most part, the article contains all, if not slightly more content of the original, and this time it isn't in Bork

Give it 3-4 weeks and see if you notice any difference. Then reintroduce grains/oatmeal or whatever. This is the point where many will go from "don't feel any different" to "woah, I'm soo sleepy and feel so bloated". Note that some of it is just your body having to upregulate various enzymes (the bloating) and especially so if you didn't replace the grains with other carb sources.
