Default Hello, few diet questions

Hi, just recently found out this site from http://forum.bodybuilding.com keto section!

I started keto on 1/7/09 with easy 6 meal plan bacon, eggs, and mayo for a while. Played around with my diet 1/28/09 and came out with these 2 diets for different days.
Workout days 50% Protein, 45% Fat, 5% Carb = 2000 cal
Off days 40% protein, 55% Fat, 5% Carb = 2000 cal

My concern was adding Superpump250 on my workout day 2 scoops = 16g of carbs increasing my daily carb intake from 27.4 (after minus dietary fibers) to high 43.4 grams of carbs.

Will I be kick out ketosis?

Stay below 100g of carbs/day and you're in ketosis.

Sounds like a standard ketodiet, right? Or are you carbing up on the weekend?

Main reason for coming into this thread is to ask you for another thread title. Non-descriptive titles are really very annoying. Perhaps take a look at how descriptive scientific articles are when it comes to titles.

I'd like to know what's inside, rather than 'a few questions'.
It's not just for people who answer your question but also for others that would have a similar question and can't see from this title what the heck is inside.. so they ask the exact same thing 1000 times.

No you guys, I am not carbing up. I am currently unsure what to do from there road, muscle growth or maintain my current diet to lower BF% first. I do understand this current diet works and I am lowly losing BF...

Give these two articles a look. They may help you decide which direction to go with regards to cutting or bulking.

And as far as being knocked out of ketosis, don't worry about it. You'll lose just as much fat whether you're in "it", or not. If you search ketosis on here or the other board, the subject comes up a lot and you can probably find a more in depth answer.

Exclamation Planning ahead for bulk after my keto diet.

Just wondering, if I ever want to go back on balance ratio like 30/45/25 P/C/F

One memeber of different forum recommend adding carbs back to my diet slowly 5 gram per week and taking away 2 gram from fat, because I am not carb adapted anymore. Risk of adding too much carbs quickly will result in stored as fat in my body.

What do you guys think? Thanks in advance!

You can make one major improvement right now: Stop reading bodybuilding.com.

I seriously feel dumber ever time I've ever gone there.
