Agreed. Planet fitness is a good gym for depletion days.

Depletion, if done correctly, is truly a miserable experience. Particularly the first couple of times you try it.

Trying to do depletion with free weights??? Good grief. I have serious doubts that the typical gym goer has it in them to stick that one out.

I like cables and such for depletion. Something about the tension it provides rather than just constantly fighting gravity makes depletion tolerable.
